James Wolf
James Wolf has over 15 years of experience in cross-border finance and private equity investments. He is the current Vice President of Finance at ARC Clean Technology. He started his career at Deutsche Bank in New York as an investment banker in the telecommunications team. Mr. Wolf has previously served as Director of Curio Capital, managing cross-border investment & market entry between US & Japan in the health, wellness & sustainability sectors. From 2013 to 2016, Mr. Wolf was Managing Director for Las Vegas based digital out-of-home media company, Show Media. He launched the Asian business, managing sales and operations teams to build the largest digital media network in Macau. From 2007 to 2013, Mr. Wolf was a Partner of US$70 million emerging markets focused private equity firm, MKW Capital. At MKW, he managed fund operations and investment execution in eleven portfolio companies in Macau across media & tourism industries sourcing several exits to listed companies. Mr. Wolf worked at the Tokyo office of US private equity fund Cerberus Capital Management executing large-scale investments of over US$3.5 billion dollars mainly in the real estate & tourism areas. Lastly, Mr. Wolf graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and a minor in Japanese.
