He has more than three decades of experience in the office of the Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS) of Argentina, his most notable activities being that of Logistics and Financial Officer of electoral missions throughout Latin America. , and that of Technical-Administrative Officer at the Buenos Aires headquarters. During his last decade at the OAS, he served as a Project Assistant in Integrated Water Resources Management.
